Compensation: $19-$21 per hour

We are currently hiring experienced line cooks to work under the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to prepare menu items. Candidates must have knowledge of vegetable and protein preparation as well as seafood and sauce making skills. They must assist with setting up and stocking kitchen stations, plating food based on chefs guidance and working with FOH staff to ensure orders are complete and on time. They are responsible for kitchen cleanliness including but not limited to mopping floors and cleaning kitchen equipment. Candidates should also have great organization and listening skills. Must be able to take direction, have attention to detail and the ability to take initiative with a team orientated mind set. Nights and weekends required. Valid California Food Handlers Card also required. Come see us on the waterfront.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
